Refund policy

Flamingo Merchant will provide full refunds on any full priced items.

The customer is responsible for any return delivery costs and item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

The item must be returned in good condition and unworn.

Where the item has been discounted we can offer a credit to be used online only.
